National Youth in Transition Database (NYTD): The Cby25® Initiative NYTD system is a turn-key solution for states and agencies required to meet NYTD standards. The Cby25® Initiative system allows youth to respond to NYTD PLUS questions in a youth-friendly, engaging online system that can be accessed anywhere. Like all of our youth surveys, this system is made complete with an extended-hours help desk for youth and a data organization feature, which allows approved persons to collect, organize and filter data provided by the surveyed youth.

My Services™ Review: Is an online youth survey that can be utilized by the Court System, State Child Welfare Agencies, and Foster Care Service Providers. This E-tool is designed to give youth ages 13-17 a voice while collecting outcome data. All survey questions measure age-appropriate youth outcomes, not process, which can be utilized for quality assurance and contract monitoring.

Information collected from youth can lead to better ways of doing business, especially when all system partners are working from the same information. In most child welfare systems, caseworkers are asked, “Did the youth change foster care placement?” thereby providing one piece of information. In the My Services™ Review, we ask the youth:

“Did you change foster care placement?”

“Did you know you were changing foster care placement?”

“Were you involved in the decision to change foster care placement?”

The answers to these questions provide information about the condition, situation, and perception of the youth’s experience.

My Services™ Review is customizable and supported by an extended-hours help desk for youth and a data organization feature, which allows approved persons to collect, organize and filter data provided by the surveyed youth.
